We are a family owned and State-licensed full service home daycare in Arcadia, Ca. Pink Elephant caters to infants, toddlers and school aged children. Our staff have over 35 years of childcare and teaching experience with early development and childhood psychology backgrounds and graduate degrees. Pink Elephant’s aim is to provide a safe, nurturing and educational environment for your child’s healthy, happy and successful development. With daily lesson plans which are tailored appropriately to individual age groups. Part of our commitment to the safety of each child ensures staff members with Pediatric CPR, First Aid and Preventative Health training and certification remain on site at all times. As a parent you can rest assured that owners and employees have passed an extensive background check regulated by the State, and have been vaccinated in compliance to health regulations.
Our facility provides a set schedule which include not only toys and games, but also educational activities, arts and crafts along with class-like lesson plans tailored to specific age groups. Pink Elephant’s motto is “Children are the World”, with the belief in both nurture and education alike, our daycare ensures a smooth transition for children from a daycare setting into school. Part of a typical day includes wide healthy and organic based meals and snacks (we are sensible to food allergies); please let us know if your child requires special care.
What sets us apart? Our home-based daycare is in a large specifically designed facility that includes a nursery, playroom, learning room, napping room, education room, infirmary, laundry room, kitchen (dining area), multiple bathrooms with a beautiful landscape located in an extremely safe neighborhood. Each of our dedicated rooms cater to specific functions for age appropriate activities ensuring the healthy, happy and successful development of each individual child. And as an added bonus: We are multi-staffed and able to speak Chinese and Spanish in addition to English. We like to keep a low child- to- caregiver ratio (for maximum individual attention), and open positions will fill quickly. We are fully insured and offer potty training.
